I. Shipping Location

All orders are shipped from Spain.

II. Order Processing Time

Order processing time is the same day (Spanish working day).

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email shortly. A tracking number will be provided after shipment.

III. Shipping Time

The estimated shipping time is 2 days from the date of shipment.

Please note: Shipping time refers to the number of days from shipment to delivery, excluding the order processing day.

IV. Tracking

After shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email to check the status of your package at any time.

V. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed on the checkout page based on the delivery address.

If you are participating in a clearance sale, the shipping cost rules remain the same and will be as shown on the checkout page.

VI. Delivery Area

Currently, we mainly deliver to Spain and parts of Europe.

For delivery to other regions, please contact us via email before placing your order to confirm availability.

VII. Undelivered or Lost Packages

If you haven’t received your package after it shows “Delivered,” please check with your neighbors, property management, or local post office.

If it is confirmed lost, please contact us, and we will coordinate with the logistics company to resolve the issue. Warm Sense is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect delivery addresses or courier company issues.

VIII. Customs and Taxes

For orders outside of Spain, customs duties or import taxes may apply, which are borne by the recipient.

Delays due to customs issues are not covered by the 2-day shipping period stipulated in the terms and conditions.

IX. Shipping and Returns/Exchanges

For returns, please refer to our return/exchange policy: You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer (unless the product has a manufacturing defect).

We will process your refund within 3 days of receiving and verifying the returned item.

📢 Special Note

Due to the store’s continued losses, we have decided to clear out all inventory at a loss-making price. Shipping terms still apply during the clearance sale; your order will still be processed on the same day + shipped within 2 days.
